Therefore, when they join together they call upon the <strong>eco-friendly superhero, Captain Planet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-8\">Obviously, it&#039;s an animated series created to raise awareness about the changes our planet is undergoing due to pollution and environmental destruction.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"ai-optimize-9\">The beginnings of Captain Planet<\/h2>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-10\"><strong>The animated series of 6 seasons and 113 chapters<\/strong> It was produced by the millionaire <strong>Ted Turner<\/strong>, owner of CNN, produced by <strong>DIC Enterprise<\/strong> for <strong>Turner Broadcasting System (TBS)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-11\">The whole story of this fun superhero originally began with the first chapter on <strong>September 15, 1990<\/strong> with 3 seasons ending in 1993. Then it continued with the help of<strong> Hanna-Barbera<\/strong> as a sequel with 3 more seasons until 1996.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-12\">Following the success of the series, they developed<strong> 5 video games<\/strong> on various consoles, from the <strong>NES, Commodore 64 up to the Atari ST<\/strong>, just to mention a few.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"ai-optimize-13\">After years, it is still valid<\/h2>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-14\">Now then, <strong>the fires that have been occurring for days in the Amazon<\/strong>Some claim they are man-made, and they are spreading across large areas. Added to this is the seasonal drought that has made the damage worse. <strong>This brings back memories of Captain Planet and the Planeteers.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-15\">It&#039;s worth noting that this year, there has been a record increase in these wildfires, with more than 74,000 reported from January to August of this year, 2019. <strong>Consequently, several countries apart from Brazil have been affected, such as Peru, Bolivia and Colombia.<\/strong>For example, populated areas in Peru, Brazil, and Argentina have received smoke on wind currents.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-16\">Until recently, world leaders and personalities joined together to make a global call for the protection of this jungle area.<strong>.
