Stadia: Google's new gaming platform

Google does not want to be left out of nothing and is preparing its new video game platform Stadia. The announcement was unveiled at the annual Game Developers Conference (GDC) on March 19, 2018. In order to play in streaming, users will pay a subscription fee, which has not yet been priced.. But they have not yet disclosed a release date.

Stadia Games and Entertainment is the new division of Stadia Games and Entertainment. Google which is developing its own Games. The project is in charge no more and no less than by Jade Raymond, former executive of the game company Ubisoft.

Google has explained that gamers will be able to adapt Stadia to the screen of their choice, The connection to your cell phone, laptop or even to your TV set. Of course, to connect to the latter it will be with a Chromecast device.

But Microsoft does not intend to be left behind, and Phil Spencer, its executive vice president of Gaming, , reacted to Google's announcement saying that the Cupertino firm had a “great day,” but that it is confident that his company will have theirs at the 2019 edition of E3 next June.
