Is A113 a mystery code?

The code A113 refers to the number of the classroom where character animation and graphic design courses were taught at the California Institute of Arts.
All those who wished to become graphic arts professionals had to go through this classroom, and so did the cases of Brad Bird (developer of The Simpsons and The Incredibles), Pete Docter (a member of Pixar) and John Lasserter (one of the founders of Pixar), who passed through the institute for their training in the 1970s.
This way, the A113 code served as an inspiration for many productions, where the first to use it was Brad Bird, who introduced him to an episode of Amazing Stories (Amazing Tales) in 1987, showing the number on the license plate of a van.
In a scene similar to the previous one, you can see the well-known code in the license plate of Andy's mom's car in the Toy Story movie. Also in the film Up: A High Adventure appears the famous number in the courtroom where Mr. Carl Fredricksen goes to court. While in Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol the same can be seen in the Trevor Hannaway ring.
