Rewind Latino 2021: Everything you need to know about this production

There are several emissions from the production of YouTube Rewind. The first installment aired in the official channel of YouTube in 2010 and the last one was in 2019. However, They didn't count on the YouTuber Alecmolon will make a Latin edition.

But what is YouTube Rewind? It is an audiovisual production that annually compiles trends, news, memes, music, and any aspect related to the digital world.

Initially, It was produced by YouTube, but in 2020 they decided not to produce the program due to the pandemic. that devastated the world's population. Then, the following year, it was shut down because its popularity declined and it no longer attracted the attention of internet users.

For this reason, User Alec Hernandez, better known as Alecmolon, decided to independently produce the program and called it Rewind Latino.The result was a tribute video referencing the most notable streamers, video games, and fun facts from early 2019.

This year he released a new version, just over 18 minutes long and packed with surprises.

For this production, Alecmolon moved heaven and earth and knocked on many doors, considering both his long list of guests and the people who supported him.

Among the guests you can see the footballers Leo Messi, Gerard Piqué or Sergio Kun Agüero and also to porn artist Jordi (El Niño Polla) and journalist Josep Pedrerol.

Obviously, the list doesn't end there. Among the content producers, more than seventy people were invited and we mention a few below: ElRubius, JuanSGuarnizo, IlloJuan, Ibai, Alexby, DjMaRiiO, Ari Gameplays, LuisitoComunica, Jordi Wild, Míster Jägger, Spursito, ElXokas, Cristinini, Coscu, DED, Aroyitt, KNekro, Paula Gonu, Werlyb, Ander Cortés, DrossRotzank, Nexxuz, Bobicraft, ElRichMC; ZellenDust; Han Chui Priest; Menos Trece; Perxitaa; Mayichi; Nimu Ch.; Spreen; Merakio, Rubik, ElMariana, Nil Ojeda, Paracetamor among others.

Additionally, you'll find various references to some successful streaming series, such as Egoland, Tortilla Land, and Marbella Vice.

How much did Rewind Latino cost? Have you seen this audiovisual production?

It is worth noting that the production of Rewind Latino 2021 This project wouldn't have been possible without funding of around €100,000, a sum raised by several YouTubers and streamers who appear in the audiovisual production.

So far, this major investment has been a huge success for them; by the end of April, it already had more than 19 million views and over 4 million likes. It still needs a few million more to surpass the 2019 and 2020 Rewind Latino titles.
